Warranty Certificate Statement

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, quarriers and manufacturers of Dakota Granite, Guarantee the granite components of the memorial furnished under this bond to be genuine Dakota Granite.

We Guarantee unconditionally, that our granites of Mahogany, American Bouquet and Bellingham will not check, crack or disintegrate from exposure to the elements in any season or in any climate, and that no coloring matter or injurious materials were used in obtaining the highly-polished, mirror-like surface or hammered or rock surface, which are the natural colors of the Granite.

We further Guarantee to replace, free of all expense, to the original purchaser of the memorial described herein any  granite part or parts of this memorial covered by this certificate that may develop any imperfections as indicated herein.
