 Mark McCulloch a longtime member of the Dakota Granite Family is the Sales Director for Memorial Sales. Mark began his career with Dakota Granite right out of high school. He took some time off to hone his selling skills and came back as the regional salesman for the Midwest region. After successfully serving his customers, he moved into Sales Director where he manages the regional sales force for memorial sales. Mark’s enthusiasm and passion for delivering more to customers is passed down to his regional salesmen, who make positive differences in the lives of the customers they are privileged to work with.
Mark is a native of Milbank, SD. He and his wife Ellen and their children continue to reside there. When he has spare time, Mark enjoys hunting, golfing, working outside and spending time with his family.
Mike Riley, Regional Sales - West

 Mike Riley joined the Dakota Granite family as a salesman covering the Midwest and west coast regions of the United States. Mike graduated from Southwest State College with a degree in Sales and Marketing. In addition to his position in sales, Mike brings his creative flair and is the mastermind behind many of Dakota Granite’s proprietary designs that are seen across the world. His ability to listen to the customer and convey their thoughts and ideas, transfer them to paper and the computer and work with manufacturing to ensure the process is turnkey is a real asset to customers and to Dakota Granite. He makes vision come to life in the form of custom granite monuments, columbariums and family mausoleaums.
Mike and his wife Holly live in Milbank with their two young sons. Away from his Dakota Granite family, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and is involved their activities. Additionally, he is a huge Minnesota Vikings fan and can also be seen chasing that white ball around.

 Ron Flottmeyer has been a Regional Salesman serving the southern region of the United States for over 10 years. Prior to joining the Dakota Granite family, Ron held sales positions with various electronic companies. Ron’s previous experience in sales and purchasing has been an asset for Dakota Granite as he has the keen ability to understand and determine what is truly important for his customers. Ron is a native South Dakotan and currently resides in the Milbank area. When Ron is away from his Dakota Granite family, he enjoys spending time with his teenage daughter. Additionally, he can be found outside doing just about anything. He is an avid motorcyclist and archery hunter.

 Steve Hoffmann is the newest addition to the Dakota Granite family. Steve is the Regional Salesman for the Midwest. His enthusiasm and veteran sales /marketing and financial background with Chrysler will aid him when working with his new customer base. Steve’s strength is his natural ability to form long term relationships with his customers. He is excited to meet dealers in his territory. Originally from Minnesota, Steve now makes his home in the Milbank area. He enjoys time with his wife Jodi and his son. Raised a farm boy in a large family, Steve’s relaxing times are still spent in a tractor during harvesting, where he has the opportunity to spend time with his siblings. Away from the farm and Dakota Granite, Steve enjoys outdoor activities and is a golf enthusiast.
Judd Lindquist, Regional Sales - Northeast

 Dakota Granite is proud to introduce Judd Lindquist as the new sales representative for our Northeast territory, which includes the states of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Judd honed his “people skills” while acting as Executive Director for the South Dakota Hall of Fame. He also attributes his strong work ethic and love of South Dakota to his upbringing on a ranch in a rural community.
Judd shares his life with Rebecca and their 3 children, Blaize (9), Jackalynn (2) and Reagan (4 mo.) In his spare time Judd enjoys golf and family activities.

 Rich Creadon is Dakota Granite’s National Cemetery Salesman. Rich’s 30 years veteran sales experience in telecommunication and medical sales allow him to understand customers. His keen sense of listening to the customer comes from his many years as a seasoned sales professional. Rich’s territory is the entire United States. He represents Dakota Granite at various conventions, conferences and trade shows.
Rich is a graduate of Kent State University. He makes his home in rural Milbank with his two young sons. He is an outdoors enthusiast and is often found hunting and fishing when he is not on the road with Dakota Granite.

Bill Ruoff, Sales Director - Commercial Sales & Government Contracting

 Bill Ruoff has been a part of the Dakota Granite family for more than 30 years. Bill currently is the Sales Director for International and Commercial sales. Prior to this recent position, he held management positions within the sales and marketing arenas. His earlier years were spent in the manufacturing plant. He moved into purchasing, where he was very involved in the conversion of new technologies into the manufacturing plant. Bill’s background in sales, purchasing, design and manufacturing allow him to fully understand the needs of individual customers, tailoring specific programs to fit those needs. His extensive travel has given him perspective on different cultures and the specific requirements each country has with regards to importing/exporting and government contracting.
Bill and his wife Judy have two grown sons. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.

 Chuck Monson’s career with Dakota Granite spans over 3 decades. He has provided leadership in the areas of accounting, office management, CEO and most recently was appointed President in 2003. Chuck is currently the President of StonExpo Foundation, serves as Board Trustee to Northwest Granite Association, American Monument Association and National Building Granite Quarries Association. He is also serving on the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resource Board, where his focus is minerals and mining. Additionally, he is an Editorial Consultant to Stone World Magazine, Stone in America Magazine and the Building Stone Institute. Chuck has also served as past Presidents for Building Stone Institute, American Monument Association, National Building Granite Quarries Association, StonExpo Federation and the StonExpo Foundation. Chuck’s commitment to the granite industry was also recognized when he received the distinguished “SMY” award.
Prior to joining the Dakota Granite family, Chuck worked in the banking and hospitality industries. He served in the military and attended Northern State College in Aberdeen, SD. Chuck and his wife Sherry live and are very active on local and regional boards in the Milbank, SD community. In Chuck’s spare time, he loves spending time with his four adult children, their significant others and his grandchildren. He also enjoys walking, water activities, reading and traveling with Sherry.

 Rick Dilts longevity with Dakota Granite dates back to 1990. He began as a sales representative and became Marketing Director and was recently named Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Rick left Dakota Granite for a few years to pursue a partnership in a family owned business. The opportunity to see sales and business practices from the other side of the desk was helpful in gaining insight from a retail customer’s perspective. Rick came back to the Dakota Granite family with enthusiasm and a new perspective on customer excellence. He leads the sales and marketing team always with focus, integrity and a desire to deliver more than what the customer expects.
Rick and his wife Jody reside in Milbank, SD and they have a son and a daughter. Rick enjoys hunting, church activities, traveling, gardening, golf and taking in a good movie.
Marge Boerger, Customer Service Coordinator

 Marge Boerger is the face behind the phone for many of Dakota Granite’s customers. Marge wears many hats, however her title is Customer Service Coordinator and as such, she is the liaison between our customers and our internal departments. She manages orders from placement to shipment. She is often seen in her hard hat out in the plant, ensuring that our customers shipments are on budget and on time.
Prior to joining the Dakota Granite Family in 1988, Marge worked in the insurance industry in various positions for 26 years.
Marge and her husband Dale have three adult children and four grandchildren. Marge has held state offices with the SDRLCA and is currently the secretary/treasurer for the hospital auxiliary and is the treasurer for her church. She is also secretary/treasurer for the Rural Letter Carrier’s Auxiliary. When she is not spending free time with grandchildren, she loves to travel and spend time outdoors.
